Doi Mae Salong is a mountain in Thailand, It is in the northern part of Chiang Rai Province. This mountain rises in Mae Fa Luang District. Formerly known as “Ban Mae Salong Nok”

Thai Arabica Coffee

has its own distinct taste and flavor that is and one area worth exploring is Doi Mae Salong, Chiang Rai Province. In the small village of Mae Jun Luang, coffee was first grown in 1995, replacing their previous crop of Sweet Leaf Vegetable, which yielded very low market prices.

Through constant learning and great attention to detail of their coffee prodcution method, they were able to overcome many difficult obsticles to opbtain the quality and taste of their coffee today.

The coffee here is grown under the shade of the cherry tree, in an area with ample rain fall and cool temperatures, resulting in a coffee that has smooth body, hints of cherry and cocoa flavor.
